Sex Ed 101
Super Sex! College Campus Style
How can you make your sex life safe while keeping it hot? Can the two happily exist together? Of course they can! Super hot safer sex is definitely on the menu in this workshop, where you’ll learn the ins and outs of all things down under — without compromising your health or pleasure.
Our educators will cover the essentials of erotic safer sex, including: barrier method basics (how can you put a condom on with your mouth?), how to spank safely, risk reduction methods, terrific toys, how lube can increase pleasure and safety, and so much more! Of course, this workshop is trans and queer inclusive because everyone deserves to be safe.
Getting A Grip: Mastering Your Sexuality
Do you remember the first time you ever held a steering wheel? It felt weird, didn’t it? To become comfortable with new experiences, including sexual ones, our bodies need time to develop “muscle memory”. Since sexual expression can involve complex interactions with other people, being sexual requires flexible new muscle memory that can deal with all the balls you might juggle!
Join The CSPH for this two hour long interactive lecture on developing your sexual self-understanding: from becoming comfortable with what you want, to learning how to communicate those desires to partners. You’ll learn more about understanding and entertaining your own wants and need, what other people are secretly into, masturbation techniques (fundamental to exploring your sexuality!) and verbal and nonverbal communication tools. A special focus will be given on how to either give enthusiastic consent or turn people down considerately.
*This workshop is recommended for college orientation workshops
Consent and Communication
Decoding Desires: Discover Your Secret Sexual Dossier
When Americans speak about sex, they tend to rely on code words like “doing it,” “getting some” or “hooking up.” Sex may happen, but open, honest discussions of sex are still a pretty taboo topic. Decoding Desires is an interactive lecture focusing on what people really WANT out of sex and HOW to meet those needs.
Pulling back the sheets on desire can help you get what you want out of sex but never stopped to think about. Come prepared with a pen/pencil and get ready to go undercover (or at least under the covers!).
Getting Wordy and Talking Dirty…
Looking for a more perfect union of you and your partners’ desires? Trying to figure out what gets you off and how to say that to your partner? Interested in exploring what an ethical sexuality might look like? In this workshop, The CSPH will take you through the cultural norms surrounding flirting and hooking up; sexual shame (and how it holds you back sexually); and figuring out what type of sex you want!
Consent can be sexy – and is integral to your sexy time. In this two hour workshop participants will improve their sexicon with fun new phrases to spice up playtime, learn more about consent and how to tell their partner what they want in bed, and explore the many ways they can get off!
What gets you off? What gets other people off? And how the heck do you do it?! If you are curious about what’s possibly running around in your neighbor’s head, why you might feel guilty about sexy thoughts you have, or how to integrate some of your fantasies into your sex life with others, this is the workshop for you.
Secret Fantasies will cover some of the more common naughty thoughts people have (like talking dirty, rough sex, and anal play), and debunk sexual myths (such as “good feminists don’t use porn” or “you’ll become desensitized the more sexually ‘experimental’ you are”) while giving you the cold hard facts. Finally, Secret Fantasies will help you open the door to a variety of new sexual possibilities, and advise you about how you can explore them in a safe and risk-aware manner.
At the end of this workshop, participants will have learned skills that will help to happily converge the private and personal, and specific techniques to communicate desires with their partner(s).
Motorboat Your Myths
Think you have a high sex IQ? Want to know more about the state of sexual health and sex positivity in your state? Dive in face first with this workshop! Each workshop will be tailored to your state so you can get the most up-to-date and relevant sex facts.
The simultaneous mystery and ubiquity of “The Big O” has created a fascination with orgasms, but hasn’t provided a perfect answer to the big questions people ask about them. Fortunately, The CSPH is here to help!
In this captivating workshop, you will learn about how anatomy, identity, culture, and drive (and the diverse combinations of these!) influence our orgasms. What types of orgasms are there? How can one have more orgasms? Why do they feel so good? Why do some people struggle to have them? With the use of images, participation, videos, and genital models, Orchestrating Orgasms will bring down the house in a perfect symphony.
Lube, Vibrators, Sex Toys….Oh My!
Sex toys: alone or with a companion, sex toys give you the opportunity to enhance and widen your sexual landscape. But where to start? Processing through all of the different types of toys can be overwhelming, and a person might be left breathless just from the sheer volume of options.
This workshop will address the joys of sex toy play, and show you ways to incorporate them into your sex life. You will get straightforward and honest information about each item’s best use, shelf life, and more.
Going beyond “The Rabbit”, this class will introduce you to the ins and outs of toys for every body and all types of sex. You’ll take a peek at crystal butt plugs, get wrapped up in body safe cock rings, plow into a wealth of dildos, and slip your mind into harnesses for all body types. Your new-found knowledge will help you figure out what the best toy is for your playtime — be it by yourself or with others!

Navigating BDSM/kink circles as people of color, especially if we are queer and/or transgender, can be exhilarating, confusing, and even downright horrifying, especially for newcomers. In this interactive workshop, dive into the world of kink, start charting your own desire map, and learn strategies to stay afloat, especially when -isms rear their ugly heads.
What’s Really Poppin’ With Cherries and V-Cards
*This workshop is taught by Aida Manduley

No matter where you are on the virginity spectrum—whether you think you’re the only virgin on campus or someone who cashed their V-card(s) ages ago—come learn about the mystical hymen, the history of virginity, and when the definition of this concept really matters, as well as how to reduce risks if you choose to get frisky.
